We can accommodate and facilitate placements on an EDT basis. All placements made through this service are required to be accommodated in a 24-Hour setting pending assessment.

Wightwick House in Bloxwich-Walsall

Wightwick House is located in a residential area within Bloxwich and is a purpose-built six bedded home offering placements to young people aged 16 -17 years of age in a caring and nurturing environment. Bloxwich town has good links to motorways and train services and is within commutable distance to most major towns and cities including Walsall, Birmingham and Wolverhampton. The home is within walking distance to local amenities (schools, leisure centres, and community centres), which can be accessed and utilised.

The home is on a close and has a secured side garden. There are two floors in the home. The first floor has six double sized bedrooms, three of which are allocated for the young people, and the others are not presently in use. One bedroom has an ensuite, with the other two bedrooms sharing the communal bathroom with shower facilities. All bedrooms are equipped with beds and three-piece furniture, including a television. There is wireless internet throughout the building.

The Ground Floor consists of a Large Lounge/ Dining area, a large kitchen with a separate utility room, a downstairs toilet, a chill-out area, and an activity room with games such as pool, table tennis and air hockey. The ground floor also has an office area with bathroom facilities for staff.

The home has 3 CCTV camera’s on the outside, covering the front and sides of the property. There are an additional 2 CCTV camera’s in the entrance hallway and on the landing and stairs.

Clark Road in Wolverhampton

Located in the peaceful area of West Park, roughly 1.5 miles from the City Centre, the property on Clark Road is a thoughtfully adapted 1930s semi-detached house. It includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two lounges, a dining room, a kitchen, an attic, and a spacious garden.
 
The location is ideal for young residents, offering easy access to essential services. Nearby healthcare facilities provide quick access for emergencies and check-ups. Social support services, educational institutions, and employment opportunities are all within reach. Public transport connections enhance independence, while local recreational options support a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
