We provide quality Supported Living services, to young people who require assistance in gaining their independence and well- being. We offer vulnerable children the opportunity to live independently but in a supported environment, as well as, with the choice of staff support in matters such as managing their own tenancy, finances, maintaining access to the community and other aspects that contribute towards building their future.
We have an excellent track record in supporting young people with a range of needs, including care leavers, young offenders, and unaccompanied young people. To achieve effectively provide bespoke support for young people and ensure they meet their outcomes, we work closely with local authorities, parents, social services and other multi agencies, this also helps us to develop tailored packages of support to meet the needs of individual young people.
We can accommodate and facilitate placements on an EDT basis. All placements made through this service are required to be accommodated in a 24-Hour setting pending assessment.
We offer this service for young people who are experiencing difficult circumstances and are in immediate need of a safe, warm and welcoming place to stay until either a return home is feasible or a planned move to an alternative placement can be arranged
Along with our high standard accommodation services, we offer a variety of support packages such as; individual tailored support hours, mentoring, advocacy and guidance for education, training, development and housing applications.
As part of our support package, our staff mentor young people daily and offer provision of personal support, assistance, encouragement and inspiration to young people
